I am kyoukumono, someone who dreams of becoming a digital artist that can come up with interesting concepts.
I love anime a lot, and have watched many titles that bring out such interesting stories like Jujutsu Kaisen, Frieren, The Apothecary Diaries, Oshi no Ko and many more.
My goal as an artist is to flesh out my own art style and to let my ideas come to life in all different aspects of my art works.
I love imagining things as I go about my daily life or at my own office job, wondering about these events that never would happen in reality.
With the complex amount of thoughts that a creative person can have, my goal for making this website is also to archive them all down in a place that can be shareable to others.
My goal as a writer is to bring these concepts and lay it out into a timeline that allows me to create many different characters and scenarios that people might get drawn to.
The inspiration for this project is mainly from watching and consuming a lot of anime over the years. I have been writing quietly over many years in my own free time.
Every story has its own genre, theme and characters which inspired me to come up with a lot of ideas of my own.
I am sure any writer or artist would agree with the constant flooding of ideas, that you can never pen down or finish no matter how much you try. It is just not humanly possible.
However, Dozers' Association is just one of those projects that has been stuck in my head ever since I took up a real-estate photography job and exploring every corner and architecture.. It was just a concept that formed as a foundation for possibilities.

The motivation for this project is to come up with my own stories as I go along with my daily life. It acts almost like an archive using the novel's setting and timeline as a base to create almost an infinite amount of ideas.
I doubt I would be able to please everyone with my motivations and concepts and it might even offend some people (which I will hold my best efforts to not talk about sensitive topics). However, I do believe the main motivation is to see how far I can bring about new ideas and to just let my thoughts go free.
In every tale, there is a good and a bad, never perfect but a kind of lesson that can be learnt from them. This is how I would write my stories and it might not always be pleasing but it is okay.
That is just how life is.

Another motivation for this project is Singapore itself and how untapped it is. A small country compared to its neighbors, but also consists of many hidden gems and concepts that are never explored. However, I do believe the main motivation is to see how far I can bring about new ideas and to just let my thoughts go free.

The life lessons behind stories is what stands out to me for any piece of work. E.g. Frieren talks about how life is short for us, but the memories we made is what is important. The Apothecary Diaries have a well written main character who values other people's lives a lot as she uses her strong intellect to solve mysteries. Blue Period follows a life of a struggling artist and how he overcomes his feelings of how he deals with his art. Jujutsu Kaisen although full of action which you would normally dismiss as a show with much moral value. However, the show focuses a lot on the reality of how the most powerful and strongest beings might not always win every battle they face. The strongest part of this show is the ability to draw its conclusions no matter even when they are not the most conventional. SPY X FAMILY shows the struggles of a fake family who have their different motives in keeping their relationships and jobs separate. Even a family who are keeping secrets can still be loving and caring to one another.
